Pool Check-in™ is check-in software for anyone who runs a pool: apartment communities, HOAs, condominiums, hotels, clubs and the companies that staff pools for others.
Pools run on paper sign-in sheets and guesswork.
Someone at the gate has to decide, in a few seconds, whether the person in front of them lives here, is allowed in today and is bringing more guests than the rules permit. A clipboard cannot help with any of that. It only keeps a list of names, and not a very readable one.
A gate needs to know who lives there and who is allowed. That means the resident list in front of the attendant, the community’s own hours and guest limit applied the same way every time, and a record someone can read next month. Pool Check-in is that, and nothing more complicated.
It also stays honest about its job. It records and regulates entry. It does not open or control gates and doors, and it does not take payment for your community.

Load your list
Upload the resident list you already have, as Excel, CSV or a shared Google Sheet. You preview it before anything is saved.
Check people in
Staff search a household on a phone, tablet or computer and tap who is here. Or residents check themselves in at a kiosk tablet.
Read the log
Every check-in is recorded with who made it and when. Managers see the day at a glance and download the log as a spreadsheet.
What we believe
Privacy by default
Each community sees only its own records, and every request is checked on the server. The kiosk never shows a list of residents, and there are no advertising or analytics cookies.
It works when the Wi-Fi does not
A gate device keeps a short-lived copy of the roster, so search keeps working offline. Check-ins wait on the device and send themselves when the connection returns.
No hardware lock-in
It runs in a web browser on a phone, a tablet, a Chromebook or a laptop, so a community uses what it already owns. A hand scanner reads household QR cards on any device.
Your records stay yours
Every community keeps its own list, hours and log, and downloads the log as a spreadsheet whenever it wants.
