Pool check-in for apartment communities

Residents by unit, a pool that follows your hours.

Your pool belongs to the people who live in the building, and their guests. Pool Check-in knows which unit someone lives in, enforces your pool hours and keeps a record of every visit.

What it does for apartment communities

  • Every unit is a household

Residents are grouped by the address on your list. A unit number works as the address, so everyone in unit 4B checks in together.

  • Hours that follow your rules

Set opening hours for each day. The app refuses a check-in outside them, and shows staff whether the pool is open.

  • Guests within your limit

Choose the most guests one household may bring. The attendant cannot go over it.

  • A record for the office

Every visit stores the household, the pool, the time and who checked it in. Export the log for any range of dates.

The manager's overview for one community: check-ins today and over the last week, people through the gate, active residents and the top households.

How apartment communities set it up

  • At the gate

A pool attendant or leasing staff member checks residents in on a tablet. A kiosk in a stand lets residents do it themselves with a unit number and last name, a household PIN or a printed QR card.

  • With a list

Export your resident list to Excel or CSV, or link a Google Sheet. The address column can hold a unit number, and everyone in a unit becomes one household.

  • Without one

Turn on walk-in check-in and staff type a name and a headcount. People you choose to remember autofill the next time.

Getting started, step by step

Bring your pool company along

If a pool monitoring or lifeguard company runs your pool, you subscribe once and give their staff attendant sign-ins in your community. There is no extra charge for sign-ins.

  • You stay the owner of the community

Your resident list, your hours and your records live in your account. You can add or remove a sign-in whenever you want.

  • Attendants only run the gate

An attendant signs in on a registered phone or tablet. They check people in and file the reports your pool needs, and they cannot open manager or administrator screens.

  • You still see everything

Your manager sign-in reads every check-in and report for the community, and exports the log.

Prefer that the company bring its own account? Pool monitoring and lifeguard companies can run your community from theirs. For lifeguard companies
