Pool check-in for pool clubs

A member roster at the gate, a record at the end of the day.

A pool club has members, their families and the guests they bring. Pool Check-in keeps each membership together, enforces your hours and guest limit, and records every visit.

  • Free for your first community
  • A member roster, not a guest list

What it does for pool clubs

  • Members, by household

Load your membership roster with a member number or street address in the address column. Everyone on a membership checks in together.

  • Guest limits per membership

Choose the most guests one household may bring on a visit. The attendant cannot go over it.

  • Lapsed members stopped at the gate

Mark a household suspended or behind on dues, with a reason and a note. Staff see it before they check anyone in.

  • Day passes and visitors

Switch on walk-in check-in for people who are on no roster, with their name and headcount recorded.

The manager's overview for one community: check-ins today and over the last week, people through the gate, active residents and the top households.

How pool clubs set it up

  • At the gate

Staff check members in on a tablet, a phone or a computer, or members check themselves in at a kiosk with a membership PIN or a printed QR card.

  • With a list

Upload your membership roster as Excel or CSV, or link a Google Sheet. Each row needs a name and an address. A member number or street address both work in the address column.

  • Without one

Day passes and visitors check in with walk-in check-in: a name and a headcount, with the people you choose to remember autofilled next time.

Getting started, step by step

Bring your pool company along

If a pool monitoring or lifeguard company runs your pool, you subscribe once and give their staff attendant sign-ins in your community. There is no extra charge for sign-ins.

  • You stay the owner of the community

Your resident list, your hours and your records live in your account. You can add or remove a sign-in whenever you want.

  • Attendants only run the gate

An attendant signs in on a registered phone or tablet. They check people in and file the reports your pool needs, and they cannot open manager or administrator screens.

  • You still see everything

Your manager sign-in reads every check-in and report for the community, and exports the log.

Prefer that the company bring its own account? Pool monitoring and lifeguard companies can run your community from theirs. For lifeguard companies
