Pool check-in for country clubs

Members and their guests, pool by pool.

A country club has members, family memberships and the guests they bring, often across more than one pool. Pool Check-in knows the membership, tags each visit with the pool and stops a household you have suspended.

What it does for country clubs

  • Members and their guests

Keep the membership roster on file. Set how many guests a household may bring, and record each guest's name.

  • More than one pool

Plus gives a club as many pools as it needs, such as the main pool, a lap pool and a spa, with check-ins at up to 5 of them. Every check-in names the one it was made at.

  • Staff at the door, or a kiosk

A staff member checks people in, or a tablet in a stand lets members check themselves in with a PIN or a printed QR card.

  • Standing and dues

A household behind on dues shows a warning with your note. A suspended household is stopped.

The manager's overview for one community: check-ins today and over the last week, people through the gate, active residents and the top households.

How country clubs set it up

  • At the gate

A staff member checks members in on a tablet or a phone. A kiosk in a stand lets members check themselves in with a house number and last name, a household PIN or a printed QR card.

  • With a list

Import your member roster from Excel or CSV, or link a Google Sheet. A type column such as Member or Associate is kept with each person.

  • Without one

Switch on walk-in check-in for the guests of the day, and record vendors when they come and go.

Getting started, step by step

Bring your pool company along

If a pool monitoring or lifeguard company runs your pool, you subscribe once and give their staff attendant sign-ins in your community. There is no extra charge for sign-ins.

  • You stay the owner of the community

Your resident list, your hours and your records live in your account. You can add or remove a sign-in whenever you want.

  • Attendants only run the gate

An attendant signs in on a registered phone or tablet. They check people in and file the reports your pool needs, and they cannot open manager or administrator screens.

  • You still see everything

Your manager sign-in reads every check-in and report for the community, and exports the log.

Prefer that the company bring its own account? Pool monitoring and lifeguard companies can run your community from theirs. For lifeguard companies
