Pool check-in for security guard services
A guard at the gate, a record of every person let in.
A security company already has someone at the gate. Pool Check-in gives that guard a way to see who may come in, and gives the client a record of who did. It records and regulates entry. It doesn't open or control gates or doors.

- Free for your first community post
- A sign-in for every guard
- A manager for every client

Run the gate however you want
Every community can use a staff tablet, a self check-in kiosk, phones or a computer. Use one, or all of them together, and change your mind any time.
Tablet
Search a name or street, open the household and tap who is here.

What it does for security guard services
Know who may come in
A barred or suspended household is stopped at the gate, and a household behind on dues shows the client's note.
Every guard is accountable
Each guard has their own sign-in, and each person's login history is kept.
A record for the client
Every visit shows who checked it in, when and on which device. The client's manager exports the log.
Records and regulates entry
It does not open or control gates or doors. Your guard stays the one at the gate.

How security guard services set it up
At the gate
A guard checks residents and guests in on a phone or tablet. A barred or suspended household is stopped, and a household behind on dues shows the client's note.
With a list
Load the community's resident list, or link the Google Sheet the client keeps up to date. Or take names at the gate when there is no list.
Accountability
Each guard has their own sign-in, with a login history for each person. Every visit shows who checked it in, when and on which device.
Give each client its own manager sign-in
Each community you guard can have a manager (customer) sign-in of its own. The client reads that community's check-ins and exports its log, and sees nothing about your other contracts.
One manager per community
Create it from your administrator screen. A community holds one active manager sign-in at a time.
Guards check people in
A guard signs in on a registered device. They cannot open manager or administrator screens.
You keep control
Your organization administrator resets passwords and removes anyone who leaves a post.
Custom roles, finer permissions and single sign-on are Enterprise requests that the app does not offer yet. Contact for access if you need them. Contact us
