Pool check-in for lifeguard companies

Every client pool, one organization.

A lifeguard company staffs pools it does not own. One organization holds all of your clients. Each client is a community with its own list, hours and guard sign-ins, and a manager who sees only that community.

What it does for lifeguard companies

  • One organization, every client

Each client pool is its own community with its own list, hours and staff. You manage all of them from one administrator sign-in.

  • Every guard has a login

A check-in shows which guard made it and where. Each person's sign-in history is kept.

  • Reports with photos

Guards file half-hour rounds, opening and closing checklists, inspections and incidents from the gate.

  • Works on the guard's own phone

Register a phone or tablet once with the community's PIN. Remove it from the administrator screen at any time.

The manager's overview for one community: check-ins today and over the last week, people through the gate, active residents and the top households.

How lifeguard companies set it up

  • At the gate

Guards check people in on a phone or tablet, each signed in with their own account on a registered device. Every check-in records who made it and where.

  • With a list

Load each client's resident list into that client's community. Or skip the list and check people in by name when the client has none.

  • For the client

A client's manager can read that community's reports, today's check-ins and the exported log. Rounds, inspections and incidents are filed from the gate with photos.

Getting started, step by step

Give each client its own manager sign-in

Every community you serve can have a manager (customer) sign-in of its own. The client's manager sees that community's check-ins, residents and reports, and nothing about your other clients.

  • One manager per community

A community holds one active manager sign-in. Create it from your administrator screen and send the client the username and temporary password.

  • Your guards stay attendants

Guards check people in and file reports for the community they work at. They cannot open manager or administrator screens.

  • You keep the administrator view

Your organization administrator sees every community, resets passwords and removes anyone who leaves.

From one pool to a whole portfolio

A community is one place with its own list, hours, staff and pools. An organization holds as many communities as you run.

  1. First clientYour first community is free with one pool.
  2. Each clientAdd Plus to each community that needs more pools or households.
  3. A growing rosterEvery client is a community in your organization, with a live feed across them.
  4. Many clientsAdd as many as you serve. From 4 communities, Enterprise may cost less; webhooks and an API on Plus feed your own systems.
