What it does
- VendoRFP is the platform for community boards and managers. Pool Check-in is a product by VendoRFP that you buy and use on its own.
- Linking is free on every plan of Pool Check-in, Free included.
- A board member or the manager gets a one-time code in VendoRFP at app.vendorfp.com, under Settings, Account. You enter it on the community's page in Pool Check-in.
- Names, addresses and check-in records stay in Pool Check-in. VendoRFP receives the link id, your Pool Check-in plan, and an hourly record of pool activity (the pool, the kind of activity and the hour, with no names) so it can show coverage.
How to connect it today
- In VendoRFP (app.vendorfp.com), a board member or the community manager opens Settings, Account and presses Get a link code.
- In Pool Check-in, an organization admin opens the community's page and enters the code under the VendoRFP link soon after, because link codes expire.
- To unlink, press Unlink on that page, and Unlink Pool Check-in in VendoRFP.
