Pool Check-in™ is a VendoRFP product. VendoRFP Inc. operates it and is the party you deal with. The VendoRFP Terms of Service govern your use of Pool Check-in, including governing law, venue and the account terms.
These additions are part of the VendoRFP Terms. They cover what is specific to Pool Check-in.
Plans and billing
The plans and their current prices are on the pricing page. The Free plan covers one community with one amenity, up to 250 households, the owner and 1 staff login, and 1 check-in device. Pro is chosen per community and gives it unlimited households, up to 10 amenities and up to 5 staff logins. Premium covers the whole organization, with unlimited communities, amenities and households, and up to 25 staff logins. Enterprise is arranged by call.
A community above its plan’s limits keeps its records but can’t grow past them. Pool Check-in charges only for its own subscription, billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. A paid plan that is ended stops at the close of the period already paid. 14 days after a paid plan ends, a community that is over the Free plan’s limits stops taking check-ins until the owner renews it or brings it within those limits. Its records stay readable and can be exported.
Your resident list
You are responsible for the records you put into Pool Check-in. That includes the accuracy of your resident list and household standing, and having the right to upload them and to use them to check people in.
Keep your list current. Gate staff and the kiosk act on what it says, and a tablet working without a connection uses the copy it saved last.
Decisions at the gate stay yours
Pool Check-in shows what your records say and applies the hours, guest limit and standing settings your community chooses. Who may use your pool is your community’s decision, made by your rules and your staff.
Pool Check-in records and regulates entry. It does not open or control gates or doors. At a self check-in kiosk, a household your records refuse is asked to see the pool staff. A tablet without a connection doesn’t learn of a new ban or suspension until it reconnects.
Accounts and devices
Give each staff member their own account and keep passwords private. Remove accounts and revoke devices you no longer use. Change your gate staff PIN if a device goes missing.
Acceptable use
Use Pool Check-in to run your pools and amenities. Do not:
- upload records you have no right to hold or share;
- use resident records for anything other than running your community’s amenities;
- try to reach another community’s or organization’s records;
- probe or test the service’s security without our written permission;
- send automated traffic that overloads the service, or get around its sign-in limits;
- resell or share access to Pool Check-in outside your organization;
- upload files that contain malicious code.
The service is provided as is
Pool Check-in is provided as is and as available. It can be unavailable at times, and a tablet’s saved copy of your list can be out of date. What VendoRFP is and is not responsible for is set out in the VendoRFP Terms of Service.
