What it does
- Use the Webhooks module “Custom webhook” as the first step. Pool Check-in posts each event to its URL.
- Events: a check-in, a vendor visit starting or ending, and a submitted report.
- To pull data on a schedule instead, call the read-only REST API with Make's HTTP module.
- This is not a listed Make app. You connect it with the webhook and the API.
How to connect it today
- In Make, create a scenario that starts with Webhooks, “Custom webhook”, and copy its address.
- In Pool Check-in, open Integrations in the admin area and create an integration. Paste the address and choose the events.
- Map your community to your own reference name so events carry it.
- Submit a test check-in. Make learns the data shape from it.
