Zapier
Send check-ins and reports to thousands of apps with a Zapier “Catch Hook” trigger.
What it does
- Use the Webhooks by Zapier trigger “Catch Hook”. Pool Check-in posts each event to the URL Zapier gives you.
- Events: a check-in, a vendor visit starting or ending, and a submitted report.
- Add any Zapier action after it: a row in a sheet, a message in Slack, an email, a task.
- To pull data on a schedule instead, call the read-only REST API from a Zapier step.
- This is not a listed Zapier app. You connect it with the webhook and the API.
How to connect it today
- In Zapier, create a Zap with the trigger Webhooks by Zapier, event Catch Hook, and copy the webhook URL.
- In Pool Check-in, open Integrations in the admin area and create an integration. Paste the URL and choose the events.
- Map your community to your own reference name so events carry it.
- Submit a test check-in, then choose “Find new records” in Zapier to see it.
