What it does
- Export your resident list from TOPS [ONE] as an Excel or CSV file.
- Pool Check-in finds the header row and the name and address columns on its own, in any sheet of the file.
- A dues or balance column in the same file can be previewed as household warnings before anything is saved.
How to connect it today
- In TOPS [ONE], export your homeowner or resident list as Excel or CSV.
- In Pool Check-in, open your community and choose the resident upload.
- Pick the file. Check the preview, then confirm.
