Import your Cloudbeds list

Export it from Cloudbeds, upload the file, check the preview and you are done. The direct Cloudbeds connection is in progress.

Four steps

Export from Cloudbeds
In Cloudbeds, export your guest list, with each guest’s name and a room or address, as Excel or CSV.
File type: Excel (.xlsx, .xls) or CSV.
Upload in Pool Check-in
Open your community, choose the resident upload and pick the file. A Google Sheet link works too.
Check the preview
It shows the columns it found, how many residents and households, and any row it would skip, with the reason.
Done
Confirm and the list is saved. Nothing is saved before you do, and you can undo the import for 24 hours.

Pool Check-in finds the header row and the name and address columns on its own. We have not tried a real export from this platform yet.
